Vaux Park Polo Club has now opened an events department to host a variety of functions in the beautiful surroundings of the Vaux family home of Wigborough Manor.
Vaux Park is able to host events from twenty to five hundred people, from canapé parties to three course meals, summer marquee events to winter club house glitter balls.
It is an incredible venue offering fantastic food and drink, followed by the excitement of watching the polo in the beautiful countryside of Somerset.
WEDDINGS
Wigborough Manors estate is the perfect and most romantic setting
to host your wedding day.
Your wedding can be held in the enchanting gardens and grounds
of the manor, where guests can enjoy drinks in front of the beautiful
ham stone house, followed by a meal and dancing in the marquee
set up for your reception.
The other most popular option is to have your marquee reception
overlooking the polo field, so your guests can sip at their
champagne while watching the polo against the
beautiful back drop of the Somerset countryside.
CORPORATE DAYS
Vaux Park can hold the perfect day for your company.
As well as hospitality Vaux Park offers the chance to learn how to play
polo and how the game works. Vaux Park has a number of activities that can
be incorporated into the day including polo lessons and bicycle polo
games - a great and fun way to learn the game.
HIRE COSTS
Events Manager: £500 (+VAT)
Our events manager will organise and take care of everything - including
being there on the day creating a stress free day for all!
WIGBOROUGH MANOR
- Hire The Gardens: £1,000 (+VAT)
(When you hire the gardens for a marquee party this cost covers two days - so you can use your marquee the following
day for a second party!)
- Hire The Manors Ground Floor: £1,000 (+VAT)
- Hire The Bridal Preperation Rooms In The Manor: £500 (+VAT)
THE CLUB HOUSE
- Hire The Club House: £500 (+VAT
MARQUEE POLO EVENTS
- Marquee pitch infront of a polo match: £10 (+VAT) per person
